Delivery Policy

We encourage you to send your documents in PDF format.

It is not necessary to compress before sending them but make sure that the document bears the extension (example.pdf)

On the other hand, when making the shipment, it is recommended to place the / files all in one folder and then dragging them.

For our policy work is necessary to receive a PDF file, however, although not the most recommended option licenses have the following programs:
