Some pieces are neither sheets nor rigid boards: banners that get tensioned, vinyl applied to a shop window, fabrics that dress a stand or wallpaper that covers a wall. For all of them we use latest-generation latex roll-to-roll printing.
What makes latex ink different
Latex technology prints with water-based inks that are cured inside the printer itself. According to the manufacturer, this has three practical consequences:
They come out dry
The piece can be laminated or installed as soon as it leaves the machine, with no waiting for solvents to evaporate.
Odourless
The prints have no smell, so they are suitable for indoor use: shops, offices and public spaces.
Flexible
The ink moves with the substrate when it is stretched or folded, without cracking. Essential for fabrics and tensioned banners.
Substrates
The range of materials is very wide. These are the most common:
- Self-adhesive vinyl
- Banner
- PVC-free banner
- Fabric
- Paper
- Wallpaper and non-wovens
- Canvas
- Backlit materials
What it is used for
Signage. Large banners and posters for façades, interiors and events, and posters for the point of sale.
Shop windows. Window vinyl and graphics that change with every campaign. Since they are odourless, they can be installed in store without disrupting anyone.
Décor. Bespoke wallpaper and murals, canvases and fabrics to dress walls and spaces.
The same technology also produces floor vinyl, backlit graphics and stickers.
Alongside the rest of production
In retail and events, flexible graphics usually sit alongside rigid pieces printed in UV digital and board structures printed in offset. Producing everything in one place keeps colour consistent across different materials and makes installation schedules easier to coordinate.
If you are a printer, agency or print broker, you can hand us a single stage or the whole project. We work in strict confidence and with full respect for your client: your client stays yours, and our brand never appears where it should not.
How to request a quote
Tell us the substrate, dimensions, quantity, where the piece will be installed and by when. We reply and quote as fast as we produce.
