A premium box says a great deal before it is even opened: whether the brand cares about detail, whether the product is worth its price and whether the gift lives up to the occasion. That is why good packaging takes more than good graphic design. It needs a structure that works, print that stays true to the brand colours and a finish that survives transport, the shelf and the hands of whoever receives it.
Oversized boxes
This is our speciality. Our Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 162-6+LX prints sheets up to 1620 × 1210 mm, so large boxes that on standard presses have to be split into several pieces can come off a single sheet. Fewer joins, a cleaner finish and a sturdier structure.
We also print directly onto rigid board up to 1.6 mm, and when a box needs extra rigidity, we mount it.
Which products
Ham
Oversized boxes designed to carry the weight of a whole leg and present it as the premium product it is.
Wine
Boxes for one or several bottles, for gifting, campaigns or special editions.
Gourmet food
Packaging for products that sell on presentation as much as on what is inside.
Welcome packs
Premium boxes for corporate gifts and welcome kits, with inserts that hold every item in place.
We also work for cosmetics, parapharmacy and luxury brands, to the same standard.
Custom structure
Every box starts from the product it will hold: its dimensions, its weight, how it travels and how it is revealed when opened. We develop custom die lines, with inserts and wedges that secure each item, and we validate assembly before production. With our cutting plotters you can have a sample in your hands before the run goes ahead.
Printing and finishing
We print in offset with six colour units, which leave room for corporate spot colours on top of CMYK, using conventional or UV ink depending on the substrate. The coating unit protects and adds gloss in the same pass. Then, in-house, we laminate, mount and die-cut on high-volume, latest-generation equipment. More on this in finishing.
For short runs, versions or market tests we combine offset with digital printing, working to the same colour standard.

Brand colour, identical on every run
In premium packaging, colour is non-negotiable. Our prepress works with FOGRA 39 certifiable colour proofs and a colour management system that keeps reproduction consistent from one run to the next, backed by our ISO 9001 quality system.
Assembled and ready for the product
A box is not finished until it is assembled and ready to take the product. Our hand finishing team handles folding, gluing, assembly and the preparation of each order, and we deliver on time and as agreed.
If you are a printer, agency or print broker, you can hand us a single stage or the entire project. We work in strict confidence and with full respect for your client: your client stays yours, and our brand never appears where it should not.
How to get started
Tell us what product you want to present, in what quantity, for which channel and by when. From there we propose structure, materials and finishes, and prepare your quote. We reply and quote as fast as we produce. If your campaign also includes in-store pieces, you may find our articles on POS displays and custom paper bags useful.
